:good Cotto has had much more controversy than Mayweather, who only has the first Castillo fight, Cotto has Clottey, Mosley and Corley, plus he lost to Margocheato. :yep

Oscar DLH - legitimate WW champion, legitimate 140 lb champion, you could make a case that he was the legitimate LW champion, 130 lb titleist
Tito - first guy to beat Whitaker (no matter how coked up he was) convincingly, became legitimate WW champ by defeating DLH, beat Vargas for 154 lb title and Joppy for a MW title
Evander Holyfield - undisputed CW champ, wins over Carlos De Leon and Dwight Muhammad Qawi, undisputed HW champ by the age of 28
Wilfredo Benitez - has wins over Roberto Duran and Antonio Cervantes, youngest world champion in the history of boxing
SRL - wins over Benitez, Duran, and Hearns and not only was he linear WW champ he was the linear 154 lb champ
Pacquiao - Flyweight champ, 122 lb titlist, linear FW champ, wins over Barrera x2, Morales
RJJ - beat B-Hop, prime Toney, old Mike McCallum, and won the WBC LHW title, making him a 3-division titlist

I am positive I'm missing other people

Cory Spinx had a better resume when he turned 28. Undisputed WW champ, I believe. A feat Cotto seems scared of trying to accomplish with his continued ducking of PW.

I was hoping Clottey won last night, I know he wanted to give Paul Williams a fight.

    Exactly.

And everyone seems to be content with ignoring this. Or they keep blaming it on Arum. Judgement day is coming.

Didn't even realise how superior FMJ's resume was in comparison to Cotto's. Thanks guys.

He does have a good resume. Malignaggi-Quintana-Judah-Mosley-Clottey is pretty impressive.

Its easy to be better than Paul at 147 when none of the guys he fought except Margo, who he lost to, and Clottey, who he arguably lost to, are the only ones to state they would fight Paul Williams, Margo actually fighting him and losing.

    :patsch

    You dumb ****.

Paul's resume shouldn't even come to question when no one in 147 wants to fight him. (Including Cotto)

    GTFOH with that ****.

As solid a resume as you get in boxing these days.

Guys I can think of recently, who had a better resume at 28 - Oscar De La Hoya, Roy Jones Jr, arguably Floyd Mayweather Jr, Shane Mosley
