Why wouldn't you want to watch it? Two great fighters who are still near the top of their game, regardless of the size difference. I'll watch it.

Think this is all bull****, why would he fake an injury to sell "tickets"?, that's a new one.

Baldomir/Mayweather didn't sell out either, they didn't have to fake injuries to postpone that. Didn't Pac/Hatton sell out one week before the fight?, RJJ/Calzaghe ticket sales were very poor too, they didn't need to fake injuries to postpone and sell that either even though Calzaghe did get injured and it was postponed.

If ticket sales suck then they suck, they will just cancel it rather than fake an injury to sell or they will fake an injury, cancel the fight and fight another opponent rather than say it's postponed.

Right I think the injury and the slow ticket sales are mainly a coincidence. Especially since I figure HBO has probably done some 24/7 work at this point and might've been counting on that as well.

There are endless fights that didn't sell out yet weren't canceled for it, RJJ/Calzaghe ring a bell?

The guy got injured and it's POSTPONED, if ticket sales suck then they will fake the injury and slowly cancel the fight and replace Marquez with someone else rather than say it's postponed.

Regardless I think it's funny how much crap Mayweather talks about making $, and selling places out. I think this will be nice for his character, and nice for the fans really.
Whenever Floyd comes down to earth and realizes he isn't as much of a attraction as he thinks..He'll settle for 50/50 vs Pac.

From the beginning everyone was saying this is a mismatch. I think that is the reason of the poor ticket sales. Just about everybody expects mayweather to win this fight.

darm I knew the fight would probably be boring, but I was looking so foward to HBO 24/7.

I wish I had your confidence in that one. Floyd could fight in front of 8 people vs Issac Hlatswayo and still demand a 60/40 purse split.

His name is still involved in the richest fight in boxing history so I don't know what you're smoking.

Got any proof that any of this is true or you're just jumping on any negative rumor you can to keep the hate rolling?
