ive stated before that i think pea is overated. that hardly makes me ******ed, as you so eloquently put it. its funny that my list has holes because it doesnt include someone elses personal preference.
if picking a top 10 was cut and dry i wouldnt have so many experts telling me why their personal picks make so much more sense. all with different opinions.
i would love to see the list of someone who makes mine look ******ED.

i dont know enough or have seen enough of those 2 guys. chavez is in there because of how high i rank him as a prime fighter and not so much on body of work. sure he painted a lot of houses but he had the ability to paint the sistine chapel in his prime (with a big brush of course).

yes. roy in his prime would give anyone in his weight fits. punchers, boxers, defensive wizards, anyone. pea was smart and slick but more ordinary in his gifts.

I still feel he beat Oscar. He had Oscar tied up in knots.

Laughable. I respect the Old Skool guys like Sugar but they are becoming dillusional in their old age. Pac is NOT the ****ing greatest Southpaw of all time. Recently he has stepped up his skills but before that he was simply a right jab, left cross merchant with crazy speed. Sweet Pea has had the Southpaw skills from day one, he didnt have to develop ****.

sadly ATG ranking is not solely based on skills, it also includes what you accomplished and who did you beat...plus, what you left behind for others to follow

Sweet Pea wasnt bobbing and weaving under his mums titties when he was a youngin Id imagine.

He had to learn his craft aswell...He did this with the 200+ amatuer fights that Pac didnt have. Many of those at the international level, including a gold medal at the Olympics and a silver at the world champs.

Pea was well schooled before he ever stepped into the paid ranks...Pac was just a boy when he first did.

I think Moorer is the best SP hands down, with Whitaker and Hagler a few notches behind him.
