I know that this has been the joke quote of the week made by Calderon and Arum.

But, just had a minute of thought. In terms of being technical and skillfull - taking weight out of the equation for the sake of argument. Who is better?

Hard call to me. Seems a draw.

Calderon's defense would seem hard to penetrate.

Yeah it is..for the level of low level of opponent he has been facing.

Mayweather has shown a greater level and range of defensive and offensive skills against a far better level of opposition.

Ivan is a good little jack in the box...but Ive seen better around those weights. He has some good skills but relies more on pure athleticism like a Lorenzo Parra type of fighter..I think he runs around a bit to much, and lacks overall effectiveness in his craft. He really doesnt impress me to the degree that he does other people.

hmm says... I'ld give it a close fight and exciting fight initiated by Calderon. Winning however would probably go on points for Mayweather... that's without the issue of weight or size and just focusing on skill.

Calderon is extreamly quick he would dance run between Floyd and then boom a quick punch to the face of Floyd that colud not counter. The fight would be tough for both but would be borrig as hell to lol.

Not to many people could see a prime Calderon in his 27- 29 year, even at that was old by a fighter at that weight he started old at pro.

    Mayweather

as weak as his resume is, its better than Calderon's

plus his skills are more complete and rounded
