The way clottey dropped didnt have much relation to the way Cotto tried to get him off him.

Look again. He is in some form of a headlock and he lifts hes head up to move him then spins....alll of a sudden Clottey went down like a sack of potatoes

    Exactly.

I don't even see how this is debatable. How many professional fighters outside of Amir Khan, let alone iron chinned fighters like Clottey, do you see get dropped by a clean jab? The timing and force of the shot was fantastic.

Clottey ran into the jab, that's why he dropped.

Cotto just shrugged him off. Clottey's feet slipped on the painted Tecate logo causing him to fall to the ground. No one was to blame either way - but in truth Clottey shouldn't have been trying to clinch over Cotto's back.

    No, watch it again.

Clottey dropped his shoulder to throw his hook, and Cotto saw it and timed him.

This jab had a TON to do with why Clottey was so reluctant to open up from distance for the rest of the fight. Yes he had moments, but he stood right in front of Cotto without throwing way too often.

Exactly. That'll teach Clottey to think that a clinch is a legal maneuver!

there is a good chance that you may really in truly be a complete moron. clottey is obviously trying to get a piggyback ride when the so called slam occurs. cotto is trying to get clottey off of his back. who in the hell clinches like that anyway. that is ridiculous. you must have an insight on the proper way to to clinche because im just not getting it. from now i guess im going to believe everything that comes out of your mouth is gold and you have keen knowledge of copyright laws and your brother is an attorney .o let us all bow before you. show a little humbleness pal.

It looks more like Clottey headbutted his glove than Cotto jabbed him!

Nope. No chance at all you take yourself too seriously. None :verysad:verysad

Freddy made a joke. I followed up on it.

It's ok, the earth is still on it's axis and the nurse is going to bring your tranquilizer at 6pm, same as always.
