Clottey is now challenging Paul Williams for a fight at 147, so that he can put his name back on the scene at 147.

Paul has been saying he is waiting for a fight. Seems like Clottey has some heat, so hopefully this fight can get made.

His call out at at the scene about boxing.

So who do you all think will win?

I have it a Pwil shutout, similar to the Winky Wright fight.

    Williams destroys him.

Other good news is Cotto/Pacquiao might be on.

    This is terrible.

Paul will beat his ass silly in a very uneventful, low-paying, time-wasting fight.

Since when does Paul deserve to have to fight a loser of Mugel Cotto?

Clottey will give him a good fight, but he should be the underdog going in this one

Because williams is still a nobody and with the past saturday fight more people know Clottey than Williams.

Clottey is going to lose a easy one is not that Paul is a monster of nothing like that, but Clottey style is very easy for Williams nothing more.

You sound like a ****in fool.

It has nothing to do with fanbase. Williams is a much better fighter if you go off of record alone. Williams should be fighting Shane, Floyd, or Miguel. Period. And all this Bob Arum promoter talk is bull****.

Why can't we just make the best fights?

I guess Paul is not so "feared and avoided" after all. Clottey just got beat buy a one-eyed man, and he wants to fight him.

This is not a smart fight for Clottey at this point. He needs a win right now, and I don't think he could pull that off.

The real question is whether Williams can make 160.

He weighed in at 157 for the Winky fight after eating like a pig the whole camp. He can drop to 147 with almost no effort. I don;t know where everyone gets this from..:huh

his last three fights all being above 147 probably has something to do with that.

His last fights being above 147 has nothing to do with weight. It has everything to do with not being able to secure big fights. He has basically been barred from fighting any of the beltholders (Cotto, Margo at the time, Shane, Berto, Floyd) so he decided to keep busy.

Seriously, his weight has never been an issue at 147. He can drop that weight in a month if he had to.

At least Williams wouldn't have to worry about headbuts.
