Why did Clottey Fade after round 9?

    Cotto moved better and Clottey needed to much time to set.

    Cotto's punches stopped him in his tracks a few times and I think he had to respect Cotto's power and although he did get tired in the last 4 rounds he was weary of the power and getting caught with something stupid but Clottey could have definitely won the fight but he blew it by not opening up more

    Im making a thread on this exact point of cottos power. People still underestimate just how much of a savage puncher cotto still is. Round 6 2.12min in cotto lands a huge left hook on clottey who then cowers and defends for the remainder of the round. After that clottey just doesnt fight miguel and let his hands go for fear of being cracked again.

    For the lack of activity he displayed there is no reason he should have faded.
    With the exception of the ridiculous running attempts towards Cotto to
    try and remind him of Margie....what a dope.
