    over at the news of fights. There is an excellent response Sturm gives to a certain question that fans do not pay nowhere the attention they should.

    Such as the Cotto and Clottey fight which was a close fight yet, I see some ridiculous statements on here made by posters such as: "Cotto's a *****", "Cotto's not a good fighter." etc etc. I am gulity of this as well and certainly underestimated Clottey in this fight, but the man can surely fight.

    He should follow his advice and start fighting real fighters, I mean the mans biggest fight was against a blown-up 2004 version DLH. That was 5 years ago. He himself lost the fight cause he let DLH get away with the win. He should have capitalized on that fight and stayed fighting quality guys, now look what a joke hes become.

    He's a European fighter with a limited name in America, most well known for being robbed against ODLH in America - why would he come to America and face American fighters? Especially considering the best at Middleweight are generally European.

    (Pavlik being the exception)

    No, like I said, it’s hard to judge from the outside on the real strength of a boxer. You also have to understand that there can’t be fights against world class opposition like Abraham or Kelly Pavlik any given day. If that would be possible, I’d gladly take those fights. Besides, I fought Sylvester before Sato and now, shortly afterwards, I’m facing Gevor. Both are very strong middleweights.

    Other then Pavlik and Arthur not much competition in the middles Ice. Gevor beat Amin akinainen in Finland, and gave arthur all he can handle, now I am not saying amin and arthur are p4p 1 and 2, but to say gevor is bad fight is not being fair to gevor, who is actually a VERY decent middleweight. Have you even seen Khoren Gevor fight?

    while im not saying gevor is a bad fighter...im saying he is a fighter no one wants to see sturm fight....being that pav and AA are the only ones worth fighting, it should have happened at some point already...every fight he takes means nothing if its not one of those guys...

    and yes, ive seen gevor vs AA
