Fact: Cotto is completely different than an old and dehydrated Oscar.

Fact: Cotto won't bull rush Pac like Hatton did.

Fact: Roach wants a catchweight because he knows if he puts Pac in with a top guy at 147, Pac's grandchildren will be born knocked the **** out.

Cotto used to be aggressive, cut off the ring and throw with real conviction. He does not fight that way anymore.

And laying into clotteys ass in rd6 wasnt sufficient. Im glad hes developing a more rounded style, it decreases his chances of being outboxed or outfought. Hes trying to go from a one dimensional fighter to a multi dimensional one.

Because hes fighting elite fighters who are bigger than him. He's had to adapt his style. Look at the Jennings fight. Im by no way saying Jennings is elite, in fact quite the opposite. He utterly destroyed and dismantled Jennings in the old Cotto fashion. When he fights an elite who is bigger than him, he has to adapt.

:rofl:roflDidn't impressed you before the cut? I guess it wasn't enough to put Clottey in the canvas with a ****ing JAB. Manny is fast in the attack. But he is very easy to hit. And is smaller than Margarito, Mosley, and Clottey. A well trained Cotto should knock him out in about 8 rounds. DLH was ****ing dead before the fight started. And Hatton is nothing but garbage. Luis Collazo demostrated that.

If you had followed Cotto since I had you would know Cotto is just back to the way he was at the beginning of his career, including his amateur career. I know, there are some training issues. But if he corrects that Pacaquiao should be easier to beat than Clottey. People forget that Clottey has make a lot of boxers look like ****, including Margarito. Clottey is very strong man and always is in great shape. The man run 10-12 miles a day.

cotto is aggressive and looking like a beast when he fights guys that are not on his level and can't do **** to hurt him, when he fights fighters that can hurt him(margo, mosley, clottey) he doesn't seem like the beast people were fooled to believe.

Point is cotto is very vulnerable, he is fragile and it was shown against elite competition. Why do you think pac and his team rush in to offer a fight with cotto after that fight? Because they already saw a lot of weaknesses, roach and pac's team would capitalize on that.
