No! cotto is a badass. He IS NOT tallying up the easier fights, Unlike THE "So Called pound 4 pounds: "MAyweather n PACMAN" are if they did they would end up lookin just as bad as cotto did this weekend againt clottey..:patsch

i dont think so. he is vulnerable, which makes him that much more exciting to watch. there are few out there right now that are as exciting and fun to watch. i hope he stays an elite WW for a long time to come.

No way did Clottey handle him easily, it was 50/50 for both guys from start to finish.

I think he's very good. A boxer-puncher with good combinations, average speed but a good boxing brain. Solid chin but not exactly invulnerable.

I wonder who the people who think he is overrated like. Probably Donaire and Valero.

Cotto moves his head, he tries to maintain a high guard, and although he is prone to getting hit with uppercuts, his defense isn't THAT bad. Honestly, if you aren't Benitiez or Sweet Pea you get torn to shreds on here, I can't believe people rate the likes of Williams so highly when he himself has an awful defence. Has that stopped him being awesome? No.

Every fighter is different. If they're winning, what's the problem, and if they lose why can't we just give the other fighter some credit???

he is not overrated. He fought a top 5 prime ww with one eye. He is getting incredibli underrated in this forum after the clottey fight. I think by the end of his career he will be a top 100 atg and the best PR fighter ever.

Am I mistaken or is Tito a Puertorican?

Cotto will never be as great as Tito. Never.

He is overrated severely by his fans. He is a great fighter with a lot of heart, who has a good punch and a real good jab. But his inside defense is absolutely ****. I realize it's hard for a guy to look good against Clottey with one eye, but he fought a guy who basically had one leg slipping all over the place.

He honestly needs to win some big fights outside of MSG and then we can start crowning him with titles.

Tito???????? You need to read up mate, Carlos Ortiz is quite easily the greatest Puerto Rican fighter ever.

    And Tito wasn't THAT great.
