We all remember how many people thought Shane should have to go to MSG to rematch Cotto, although he already fought there once.

Now since the Clottey fight, which I

consider a robbery (although I had it 114-113 Clottey) because I can see how someone could give one of the close rounds to Cotto, do you think there is a justified concern on behalf of Shane???

#1 Cotto won the first match, so maybe he should dictate.

#2 Shane is regarded as the Top WW now. Maybe he should dictate.

#3 Shane already fought him there, maybe it should be in his backyard now or at a neutral site.

    What do you guys think???

No, no way. Not after the first fight and 116 Cotto, 111 Clottey.

cotto would lose a lopsided UD to mosley now, or possibly get stopped....

the guy that fought mosley the first time at MSG, that version of cotto was buried in the ground by a guy named Antonio Margarito.

    Accurate.

Regardless of venue, I think Mosley beats Cotto decisively in a rematch. (Incidentally, I thought Mosley did enough to win the first fight, too).

    It wasn't that bad....

And questionable scoring is just a part of the sport.

But I do think the wide variety in scoring leaves Shane pretty justified at this point. And I think commentators, sportswriters, and all objective fans realize it. Even some Cotto fans admit it...

Of course you'll have those die-hard fans who want their guy to have the advantage, so they'll see nothing wrong with the possibility of a judge being swayed by a home crowd.

    Staples Center.
Mosley has bodied many a star there...

Bury Cotto next to Margarito, Until they resurrect & fight each other again.

    YES!!!!! {Mosley and every other fighter has a good reason NOT to fight Cotto in MSG}

No one should ever fight Cotto in MSG again {PR parade or not} He is definitely favored in that arena and seems to always get the nod regardless of circumstances. All Cotto have to do in MSG is make it to the 12th and at least put up a good fight and he will win.

No fighter has a chance when judges are seeing the fight with Cotto-colored glasses.

With one incident, it could be called a coincidence - But this thing with Cotto and MSG is getting to be common place. And as you stated - everyone's eyes are opening to that fact.

Another oddity in the Cotto\Clottey fight:
The thing that struck me was how long {Very Long} it took to count\collect the scorecards ... That is never a good sign when you're fighting in your opponents backyard.

At this point, Mosley needs Cotto more than Cotto needs Mosley. If they fight, it should be on Cottos terms and wherever Cotto chooses.
