Clottey UD. Mosely's wild power punching won't intimidate or hurt Clottey at all. Clottey would counter with effective hooks and right hands. His jab is also far better than Mosleys.

If Clottey can be taken by surprise and floored by a Cotto jab, Shane's faster hands and equally impressive power could do better. Cotto also seemed scared to pursue Clottey when he had him backing up, probably due to the nature of the cut impairing his vision when he was in close. Mosley on the other hand wouldn't back off of Clottey when he had him on the back foot. Shane KO 10

Dude, Clottey was off balance when he was knockdown. Why is people keep mentioning it if it was like Cotto nail a left hook? It was just a stiff hard jab that nail Clottey after Clottey was bending both his knees. Besides Mosley don't have a hard jab like Cotto does.

I think Clottey wins cause Mosley have problems with fighters with turtle defense. <<<<Anybody ever heard of Winky Wright? And Clottey won't be chasing Mosley like he did vs Cotto cause Mosley is not a fighter that moves around the way Cotto does.

That's what i mean, it was a stiff, sharp, well timed jab that caught him off balance. Mosley has got much faster hands than Cotto and would be more likely to catch him off guard than Cotto was. And Shane has a great jab, watch the marg fight and see how he kept setting up those combinations by throwing that quick jab in mMargs face. Also, Cotto had Clottey hurt in the 6th and backed off instead of pursuing it. Shane wouldn't do that.

Shane does not have a great jab. His jab was good vs Margarito but wasn't great cause the only thing he did was set up his straight right hand hard on Margarito. Even Steward said " i'm surprise Mosley got a good jab tonight" <<<In which before the fight Mosley is not known has a fighter with a really good jab. Clottey style is very similar to Wright in that turtle defense in which Mosley has a problem with before twice in a row. Cotto did have Clottey hurt in the 6th round but couldn't finish it cause Clottey did a great job of taking his time blocking most of the punches before he nail one of his own. Mosley might do the same but i don't think he'll finish Clottey either.

i got mosely by a comfortable UD...i think he is much more accurate then cotto and will be more successful at finding the mark.

Just because Shane doesn't make regular use of his jab doesn't mean to say it isn't good. The Marg fight was proof that he can utilise the jab to good effect. As for Clottey blocking most of the shots, i can accept that his defence is very good but surely you seen the times in the fight where Cotto had Clottey backing up and he never capitalised on it?

Clottey is too reserved to beat Mosley. Mosley would get a comfortably decision.

Shane would outwork Clottey to a UD win.

That's cause he was taking his time until he nail something in return in which he did? Sure Cotto did hurt Clottey but it didn't hurt Clottey much cause it wasn't a full clean shots.
