And it's obvious that it hasn't recovered, and certainly not with any degree of certainty.

What puzzles me is that if Floyd is as great as he and his family say he is.........there is NO WAY he ever gets hit.........so how did he get hurt?

The way they tell it the man has never even felt the leather of a glove on his body.

so is he getting slow and old?

Spot the jackass who has never trained in a fight gym.

Medicine Ball work to build punch resistance could do this injury, so could explosive twitch muscle work in and around the abdomens, not to mention punch work itself.

It hasn't completely fallen either so the article proves nothing till we get a final result. I still insist that Haye was injured like the rest were regardless of rumors and how strong they are.

The company's all ****ed up, they're paying Haye's purse, he's not making anything off of ticket sales. Therefore, the timing is suspicious. Nothing is proven. But it's suspicious, and many writers have said as much.

Apparently several people missed the obvious sarcasm in my earlier post. Sigh.

Floyd is conspiring to give JMM more time to build up to the weight. Cunning plan.

That's what I've been trying to say and would rather not rely on rumors till something final is out.

And all I'm saying, along with many, many other people is that it's suspicious.

    explosive twitch?

    you mean fast twitch?

by the way there aren't any plyometric exercises for the core, it is a none reactive muscle group.

Fast-twitch muscle exercises are commonly known as explosive in any gym circle.

No pylometric core exercises? Right - so using a sledgehammer against a rubber tyre does nothing for the core muscle groups, doing roman chair exercises with resistance does nothing for the core muscle groups and forget power squats on swiss balls because they do nothing too.
