I never thought I would read one day that kind of a joke comparing Byrd to Ali let alone reading he (Ali) was athletically less gifted than the mighty Chris Byrd.
The classic section shouldn't be tarnished by that kind of thread.

Just because a man "ploughs his own furrow ", and doesn't slavishly follow the herd ,you label him a bore?
At least he has the courage to be an original thinker, and tell it like he sees it.

    No ,you are right ,he's a dough nut,best ignored:good

Lets just just Ali's athletic ability into context.

He was actualy faster than Sugar Ray Robinson and he was a heavyweight!!!!!

That isnt just my opinion it has been proven by analysis of footage.

I verry much doubt that you will ever see a 210 lb fighter with that level of athletic ability again in your lifetime.

I hope edgewood is a pseudonym, but otherwise this poster has literally ZERO clue about boxing.

Can I also say how refreshing it is that a newbie to this forum in PdP Bacon seems knowledgable and polite. :good

Thanks, I am a newbie poster, but in fact I had been reading the forum for a while. It is is just that I decided to jump into the fray and go public recently :!:
