    Your problem is that you're too ******ed to see the difference between hating on the Klitschkos and taking the **** out of their idiotic fans. This is a very popular series of threads and there's a good reason for that. True boxing fans find this **** amusing, it's a comedy thread, not a hate thread.

    Of course if you think that the statement wasn't idiotic then feel free to point out the decades that Chagaev would have been a top 5 heavyweight. Your call.

    For the record, I want to say that Mendoza is not a bad poster. He is however, an avid Klitschko fan, and does tend to get a lot of grief for it in the classic section. While I have no clue what possessed him to call Ruslan Chagaev an all time great fighter, he normally does not make comments of that nature..

    If you want to compare and contrast film, weight, or records of fighters in different era's with Chagaev, you will see that would be a top 5 heavyweight in many decades.

    That is of course unless you think 180-190 pound men who lost on points or were Ko'd by journeyman should rank higher. Which is your comeback.

    I believe Chagaev would be in the top 5 in the following decades of heavyweight gloved boxing

    1890
    1900
    1920
    1930
    1940
    1950
    1960
    2000's

    This is 8 of the last most of the 11 decades of heavyweight boxing.

    Your job is to now show me which 5 fighters in each decade where better, but please check the small guys who lost many times, couldn't punch, or were Ko'd more times that Wlad Klitschko at the door!
