    Maybe. But probably not. Robinson's power is around Hearns's league. If he couldn't, I don't think Tommy could've. Even if some think Hearns had slightly more power than Robinson at WW and MW. Doubtful.

    I seriously doubt he could knock him clean out. Knocking him down is possible if your off balance or hit with a shot you don't see but even that i see as being unlikely, robinson was in my opinion as good a puncher as hearns

    I agree with Robbi, maybe he could, but i doubt he would. That nails it for me.

    If Satterfield couldnt Hearns sure couldnt. Satterfield was an all time HW puncher. Hearns really didnt carry his power up above MW.

    In 1946 when they fought, Satterfield weighed 164.5 lbs, Jake weighed
    167 lbs.

    In those days that would be Lt. Heavy.

    Satterfield continued to gain weight over his career, but was always on the "light" side, but had power.

    He'd have a better chance of breaking his hand hitting on LaMotta's head so hard.
