You don't get it, i say take away the knockdown and Clottey won the first 2 rounds meaning Clottey had the 1st round in the bag before the offbalance knockdown occur. Was the eye bothering Cotto? Sure it was but alot of great fighters fight threw it and does it well. Clottey had an injured right knee injury but he fight threw it. I hate this eye injury as an excuse for the fight being close. Clottey was still landing clean shots before the eye occur.

I don't think Clottey was winning the first round at all, it was close but I thought Cotto's heavier punches made the difference. The second round was a beauty for Clottey although still somewhat close I didn't think twice before giving it to Joshua.

Cuts never have an effect on a fighter's performance. That's why fights are never stopped on cuts, there isn't an entire corner-man job devoted to it and adrenaline swaps are banned.

Clottey did not have the first round in the bag. And if you believe Clottey's acting job like his leg was really bothering him than you'll believe anything.

Ok, since you want to be ignorant. Take away the cut and Clottey would've been on the canvas all night. Thank you come again :D

You're right i mean after all Clottey was never off balance from the knockdown right? Damn how come Cotto couldn't knock Clottey down by a very hard left hook and hard combination in the 6th round? <<Strange huh?

Yea fell face first hard on the mat proves it was an acting job right? After all you been there as a boxer right? You and the rest that believing Clottey fake a leg injury are idiots no offense. <<<<<What i find it more funny that the only people that say Clottey fake a leg injury are from so called boxing fans that never been in the ring before but yet boxing writers, commentators never say Clottey did an acting job.

very weak argument, clottey was off balance because he opened himself up to punch Cotto with a left hook and Cotto stepped through him before Clottey's punch landed. If it was because Clottey slipped or his legs got tangeled than maybe you would have a point. But the reason Clottey was off balance was because Cotto put a counter jab on his face that pushed him off.

Then why you say Cotto would knockdown Clottey more then 1 time? How come he didn't do it in the 2nd round or start of the 3rd round before the cut?

i don't know... it obviously effected him a hell of a lot. clottey would not have won rounds 7, 8, 9, and 10 if it wasn't for that cut. people are forgetting that clottey fades worse than cotto does down the stretch. if it wasn't for that cut, cotto would have won at least a two or three more rounds and won a more clear cut decision.

Do i need to be a boxer to have ever fallen on my leg or knee in order to understand a leg injury?

I say acting job because every little thing that happened in the ring Clottey was playing it up to the referee in the hopes of a point deduction or DQ
