I tend to lean towards HW experience which Chambers trumps Arreola, with close loss to Povetkin and win over Peter. Arreola beat Jameel DeCline before they stepped in the ring.
Chambers exposes Arreola's lack of skill and experience.
    Chambers by wide margin UD.

Arreola takes it. Chambers doesn't have the power or the footspeed to keep Arreola off of him. This one actually seems like an easy call to me, and Chambers is one of the few top heavies I'd favor Arreola to beat rather easily.

Terrible misconception about Eddie Chambers. If Eddie Chambers has poor power why was he able to almost shut Povetkin's eye? And why was he able to hurt Peter as well.

Power doesn't have much to do with swelling. Once it starts to swell (which probably started from a butt), it doesn't matter how hard you hit it as long as you keep hitting it.

Chambers landed one strong punch all night against Peter, and it gave Peter some pause, but he would need to throw his right with more frequency to get Arreola to not come forward. Fact is, Chambers isn't a big puncher. He's never knocked down or hurt decent competition. He's scored a bunch of TKOs, but they were mostly of the mercy stoppage variety. I don't believe I've ever seen him physically knock down an opponent, and I have to have seen 7 or 8 of his fights by now.

Anyway, I've seen enough of Chambers that I have my opinion on him, and it's pretty unlikely you'll change my mind on this one.

Meh, I've bruised my eye worse than Povyetkin did having sex.

I guess my wife has lots of power.

Povetkin after he fought Chris Byrd, mind you Byrd landed more punches on Povetkin

Povetkin after he fought Chambers, and Chambers had a LOW work-rate and landed less punches on Povetkin.

Chambers outoxes Arreola to a decision, unless Arreola collapses beforehand

To say that Chambers is feather-fisted is nonsense, what he has is enough power to hurt anyone at HW.

This has NOTHING to do with power. End of story. If Chambers' punches strafe in a way to cause swelling, then great for him. I personally thought the swelling started on a butt, and once the swelling starts, you just need to attack it with jabs. Any force on it at all will cause it to keep swelling, and the swelling is more likely to get worse by being hit with lots of light punches than by being hit with fewer hard ones.

Comparing ANYONE's power to feather-fisted Chris Byrd isn't going to get you anywhere though.

He couldn't knock down Livin Castillo. He couldn't knock down Ed Mahone. He couldn't knock down Derric Rossy. These guys have established records of having sketchy chins, and while he scored TKOs on them, two of them were mercy stoppages and one of them was on swelling. If he's not a threat to knock Arreola down, Arreola will just bowl forward. That's why he's put on all that weight, so he can do so.
