im a huge cotto fan, but i cant deny reality, williams would outwork him to a decision. just way too active, and cotto wouldnt be able to get inside. i doubt thered be a ko, and cotto could always surprise us w/ a tko or somethin, but the smart moneys on paul.
I think PW would win but how is cotto not an elite welter? he beat shane (who is now #1) & clottey (who is now #3) arguably top 3 of any division is elite.... **** top 5 in any division is elite imo... means your the best in the world at that given weight
