Holt would beat Manny, D-Hop would beat Manny, Bradley would beat Manny, JMM would beat Manny again, and Campbell would beat Manny.

Pinoys never claimed that PAC would beat joe calzaghe or hopkins or even that PAC cured cancer. If you ever had a run in with some who claimed that PAC "would beat fighters like joe calzaghe, hopkins, etc...and even claimed he's cured cancer in the philippines!" I hope that you did not take them seriously because they probably just said so to get to your nerve.

You did make some valid points.

I would rather see Pac in there against these guys like Holt, Bradley and Campbell because to just disreguard quality fighters like these is a bit disespectful to them and just because Pac beat a deadweight in Oscar and a tailor made Hatton people seem to want to disreguard anybody else who does not have a big name. It's this mentality of the fans that allows boxers to avoid these real fights, because lets face it, nobody really knows what would happen until he is faced with a fast, slick fighter who wont be an easy target to land on all night like Hatton and Oscar was and Cotto is another tailor made opponent with a big name, huge following, just made to order stylistically.

All you need to do is look at what happened to Cotto when he fought 2 southpaws before, Corley and Judah, he got tagged and Pacquiao is not someone you need to be fighting if you are struggling to make some bull**** ass catchweight and to boot he would struggle against manny's southpaw stance

Very true.. The thing is, Holt would jump at the opportunity to fight Chi while pacman ducked him..

PAc ran away from Chi back in May of 2007... :-(

No Doubt No Doubt Bro and I will be the 1st one in the line to want to see this happen.

Lets just hope nothing derails this and the way it looks now, Cotto will decide to fight at around 145lbs and he might get beat by close decision, not KO, Mayweather does the business against Marquez and then the mega fight next year against as you quote the slickest black fighter of this generation...

Mayweather schools him and then Larry Merchant and co will start questioning him about who is next and the haters will say oh pac was the smaller man anyway, then we will hear a **** load of excuses as to why pac lost. forward thinking.

I hope that doesn't distract you from appreciating the tenacity and excitement Pacquiao brings to the table everytime he fights.

We don't become boxing fans because of the fans that a particular boxer has but because of the fighter himself.

I just went through that forum and it seems that most posters were saying that Bradley is not ready yet but to be honest I think he is ready and he has belts to boot so why cant he fight a pac? I think most people were looking at it from a business standpoint and not from a levels standpoint. It would be a good fight for Pac to take and if he did beat Bradley he gets more belts to add to his ever growing collection. It would make sense but maybe not cash common sense...as most people would say, sad but true...

Pretty good point to be sure....I think Bradley would 'rise' to the occasion and make it a good one....I'd pay to see it.

Judging by your posts, I theorize you loathe the Philippines. There's no need to bash an already troubled country. Pac is just a boxer like any other and his fans do what all fans do. There is no such thing as an objective pure boxing fan. You probably have your own heroes and theorize on fantasy fights as well. If not, then I apologize and would still love to hear from a non-theorizing perspective.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned him yet, so I'm gonna troll it up and say Amir Khan's speed will give the Pacman some problems at 140.

    King Khan SD Pacman :hey

and hatton was a good match for collazo at 147, and we know collazo fights at the level of the likes of andre berto. some noobs are just to fast to write off hatton after that KO with pac like he was just some bum that holt and campbell would just run over. remember, this hatton gave PBF a run for his money for 10 rounds
