Guys, I know what you are thinking, you might think Tyson is too old to comeback but let me ask you this... besides the Klitschkos, who else is there in the heavyweight division that is any good right now? The division is terrible, and blown up cruiserweights like David Haye are now competing in the division. Guys like Chris Arreola, a fat tub of lard who has a shaky chin is seen as a top 5 heavy which tells you how bad the division is today.

Tysons age is a little high but if guys like Foreman and Hopkins can fight succesfully in thier 40's I am sure Tyson could too, he has too much talent, he just needs a good trainer like Steward or Roach.

    Terrible post.Absolutely dreadfull.

In short NO,he wouldn't be able to survive a training camp let alone a fight.

Have you seen his last few outings?

Mike seems like he's finally getting a little peace in his life (God rest his daughter), the last thing he needs is to try and come back.

Are you serious? Hopkins is a gym rat, and comparing him to Tyson makes no sense (see MT photo). It would probable take a couple of months only to lose weight safely and get him to the point when he could start serious training.

Comparison with Foreman is not good either - George was focused and motivated: he kept his "bum of the month" tour for a couple of years untill he got a chance, and he did not give up after losing to Holyfield and Morrison. I do not remember Tyson showing this kind of dedication.

Another thing is about styles. George relied on his power (the last thing to go) and Hopkins adjusted his style with age succesfully. Tyson style relied a lot on speed and footwork, and they were long gone already few years ago as you have seen on a couple of ocassions.

What you should be asking is who else is there in the division that is better than Kevin McBride and the answer is everybody.
Tyson is more shot than the guy who pointed a gun at ED209

I guess you didn't see Tyson's last fights? He lost to complete bums. It doesn't matter that there isn't anyone good in the division right now. You don't have to be good to beat Tyson right now.

THe man's prime was 20 years ago. Let him be

Id pay £60 to stop it happening!

Why Not? Tysons prime was 20 years ago for a start!
