Roach on why he's asking Moorer to leave

Freddie Roach is a piece of ****. You do not fire a man in the press, I've lost what little respect I had remaining for that guy.

 

Where's tweety bird cause I taught I taw a putty tat lol...

 

I liked Moorer as a fighter, but I have met Moorer in person on 3 different occasions, twice at the International Boxing Hall Of Fame and once in Detroit at a James Toney fight and I have to admit that he is a complete ass hole. He will not sign autographs for people, will not let you take pictures with him and pretty much ignores you when you talk to him. I remember at the Hall of Fame he stayed at the same Hotel which I did, and while in the lobby a Father and his son walked up and politely asked him if his son could have a picture with him. Moorer didn't even have the decency to at least say no, or even acknowledge that they had asked, he just turned his back to them. No class!

But really Moorer seems to have some serious personality flaws. I guess getting Ko'd by a 45 yr old, in a fight you were dominating, would make you a bitter human being.

 

That sounds like something he would do. Its a real shame.

 

Moorer and Roach seemed to have an uneasy relationship from what I saw on the shows. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians.

 

Bad move in the first place. Roach + Moorer = Vegas wedding

Roach is obsessed with the media. He always wants to be in the spot light.

Telling the press your firing a guy before you do it. What the **** is that?

 

Moorer has the personality of an ice cube, and people,fighters don't resond to this ******* because he's a horrible communicator, Roach dosen't need that ***** around anyways, it's his gym he can hire and fire whoever he wants...
Roach runs a tight ship..
