What's going on with Sugar Shane Mosley? Is he this desperate?

    - Mosley wonders how Miguel Cotto is getting a mega fight.

    - Mosley believes that Cotto was beaten by Joshua Clottey and received a “home town decision”.

    - Mosley says that Bob Arum has an obligation to land Cotto a mega fight before his contract is done.

    - Mosley says that Manny Pacquiao told him directly that he would rather fight him than any other guy.

    - Mosley blames Bob Arum for convincing Manny Pacquaio that there would be more money involved with a fight with Cotto.

    - Mosley says that the Marquez/Mayweather fight is being delayed because people don’t want to pay to see Mayweather.

    - Mosley says that Vegas is trying to lure Mexican fans into paying to see the fight by scheduling it on Mexican Independence Day.

    - Mosley thinks that Marquez can give Mayweather some problems because of his counterpunching style.

    - Mosley believes that a Mosley/Pacquiao fight would be a much bigger draw than a Cotto/Pacquaio fight.

    - Mosley says that Bob Arum is lying to people by saying that the Pacquiao/Cotto bout is a done deal.

    - Mosley blames Margarito’s trainer for the hand wrapping incident.

    - Mosley says that a lot of trainers try to give their fighters an edge.

I hope Mosley's promotional company, GBP will help Mosley land a big fight either against JMM, PBF, Clottey, Berto, Williams, etc. Pacquiao is I think almost signed up with Cotto...

He has other options but it wont be as big as a pac or mayweather fight. Paul Williams-Andre Berto and Joshua Clottey. Any of those fight can earn him pretty good paycheck. Not as big as a pac or mayweather fight but still big.

He wants a big fight and to secure it he has to mention it. Mosley is 37, so big money fights is all that matter right now and he seems to be in a screwed up situation, Paul Williams is there too.

GBP can sort this out... Let JMM fight another boxer, say Ricky Hatton or Juan Diaz then have Mosley vs. PBF in September... These fights will be easy for GBP to make since this involves in-house GBP fighters only except PBF...

I symphatize with Shane but he can't questioned why Miguel Cotto deserves a Pacquiao megafight... Cotto deserves it as well as Shane... It's a matter on who PAC will choose...

According to Shane, he refuses to fight anybody other than Pac or PBF in his next fight and is willing to wait until next year if need be. I think it's safe to say that he is a bit desperate for a mega fight and it's that emotion that is somewhat blinding him from reality. It obvious that the winner of Pac-Cotto will wind up facing the winner of PBF-JMM so Mosley better be prepared for an oftly long lay off.

It's a matter of who Arum will choose and obviously he will go for the guy in his stable, whoever wins he remains the winner.

If Mosley is desperately chasing after PAC and PBF, can he possibly be matched with JMM? PAC and JMM generally considered equal with their draw and split decision fight... JMM is scheduled to fight PBF and now that PBF is injured, can Mosley step in for PBF... JMM-Mosley is still a megafight and can be easily made by their common promoter GBP...

Of course Arum would push for Cotto-PAC fight but the thing is Mosley criticizing Arum for pushing an in-house Top Rank fight when there's no truth to that... Cotto been fighting in-house opponents lately in Margacheato and Clottey so you can't really criticize if Cotto is again matched up with another Top Rank in-house boxer...

Mosley is part of GBP, Bob Arum's arch enemy.

Mosley's boss, Oscar, hates Margarito due to his comments concerning their sparing matches in Big Bear.

Mosley’s personal attorney, Judd Burstein was the main figure against Margarito during the court herrings followed by GBP attorney Stephen Espinoza.

Mosley's coach Nazim Richardson (same coach who caught Trinidad loading against Hopkins) was mysteriously able to snatch the plaster (some say already hardened and some say pasty but would have hardened with sweat) inserts and quickly turn them over to these same two attorneys, Stephen Espinoza and Judd Burstien, whom were conveniently waiting just down the hall.

I 110% agree with you bro. :good Plus, I don't see where Mosley gets off saying a Pac-Mosley fight would sell and be bigger than a Cotto-Pac fight. Whether it's Pac-Marquez III, Pac-Floyd or Pac-Cotto, they'll all be bigger fights than a Mosley fight. Mosley talks about the sell out crowd @ THE STAPLES CENTER this past Jan. but in my opinion, there were more people(i.e mexicans) there for Margarito than Mosley and that's near his hometown of Pamona, whereas Cotto didn't exactly sell out but was close to selling out and by himself...Clottey didn't bring many fans.
