Ali was good at 200-210--and cruised at 215. 220 plus was when he was old. Foreman was 220-225 Frazier also a good 205-210 fighter at 215 he was fat. Holm's was at his best at 209 vs Ali. He was good at 215...but at 220 he was old. Liston was coming in at 209 for the second fight when Ali had appendicitis and Liston came in at 215 which was not the weight he really had wanted....when one is fit even at Lighter heavy, 6 pounds is a lot...the difference in speed shape of 209 and power shape of 215.... That is before your time, and 6 pounds as a heavy don't register as a main event... Wlad and Chag both came in light for speed...wlad was 5 pounds lighter and light on his feet.
