I don't think anyone with a modicum of rational thought doubts that.

I just know it would've been a lot more entertaining than this.

Maybe true. I think Wladimir would've taken Haye out earlier for sure.

Just don't watch his fights if you don't like him, there's no reason to "waste time" if you find him boring.

I personally enjoy his fights and look forward to future fights. It's not his problem he's far better than everyone available right now. All the Haye stuff is just talk as well, Haye doesn't have a good chance in this one like people try to say.

Keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better.....................

If that was Haye that Wladimir landed that straight right hand on in the 2nd round the fight would've been over right there. NO way Haye takes that punch without going Audley........................

    I'm sort of odd.
I was a Patterson fan by the time he fought Archi...and I remained his fan.
I was a Wlad fan, and was there for Sanders. I remain his fan.

As long as my man comes into the ring fit as a fiddle and tries his best...win, lose or draw. He's still my man...even if soundly beaten.

Me too. I watched all 3 of Wlad's losses and still remained a fan.

Yeah, out of there with the championship belt. Waldo would have been blinded by Haye's speed and wouldn't have been able to find him before he found the canvas.

Dude would wake up the next morning thinking he had whiplash.

I find his fights simply boring to watch which is why i didnt bother tonight, He is dominant no doubt about that, however it gets pretty uneventful when all that is happening is 1-2 one after the other with hardly any hooks/uppercuts. And I'm not one of the fans who just want to see wars, I find boxers like marquez and mayweather simply a beauty to watch. Wlad will simply never capture the public's imagination outside of Germany, I like him though I think he is a good guy and a good ambassador for the sport and wish him nothing but the best.

lol. Absence of competition my ass.

These heavies are good enough that they would have fought well in the old man Lewis/Holyfield and Tyson era of boxing. (95 through to 2004ish)

Look at how many undefeated title contenders/title holders that Wlad has now put away. Find me another boxer that has beaten as many undefeated fighters that were ranked in the #10 ring at their weight.

Guys want to talk **** about what happened 5 years ago, thinking Wlad is the same nervous wreck of a fighter he was back then, that's fine, lets consider Lewis to be china chinned for being one punched by Rahman - a guy who did collectively **** all else except that.

Wlad would have beaten Louis, Frasier, Foreman, Ali, Tyson, Holyfield, Marciano, Holmes - all of them. He'd struggle with Lewis.

Anyone denying that? God, you just don't know boxing.

"Oh, the older era was better" - if anything boxing can learn from MMA is how rapidly techniques and such change and how different training methods as well as better fight analysis has evolved that sport so suddenly - as to where the older generation (Severn, The Shamrocks, Royce Gracie) would get knocked the **** out against the new generation.

Same exists in boxing, it's only idiots with poetic memories of the past that think differently.

I find it hard to call a guy boring just because he dominates his opposition clinically, the guy has a KO percentage that rivals near anyone except his brother.

Mayweather a beauty to watch? I agree with you there but ultimately, he's a beauty to watch because he uses technique, skill and physical advantage to dominate his opponents - Wlad does the same.

As for Wlad not capturing the publics imagination? Dude. Hello? Go have a look at the most searched boxers across the world and also have a look at fighters generating the most worldwide views.

Just because we American's have a stick up their ass about respecting fighters who aren't American (or black, in the case of Lennox Lewis) doesn't mean the rest of the world is hung up on that ****

    True.

But it doesn't change the fact that he's a fu*ken ****** and fights like a girl. Takes no chances. Has ZERO balls. He is just a talented fruitcake.
