Lets talk 147 weight class

    You cant force the 147 champion to come in at 144 or 145 and expect to be the champion of a division were you can weigh up to 147 pounds at weigh ins. That dosent make any sense. 146 is fine, its just a pound. But 144 is stupid. If you want to be called the welterweight champ, you gotta actually fight them without handicaps

    I knoww it doesnt make sense but I think Arum was saying Cottos title would be on the line even with a catch weight. I think its BS but we'll see what happens. If Cotto title is on the line and if Pacquiao wins then would he be the 2nd best WW?? thats just crazy to think, maybe...
