Even Lazcano hurt Hatton, and the ref had to give him time to recuperate. If it wasn't clear at that point that Hatton was done, I don't know what else you need to see. If he fights anyone other than Malignaggi or someone with comparable power, he will be KTFO.

:rofl Really? And you know this how? B/c of the numerous fights that hatton had post Mayweather KO? Just look at the end result.....Floyd slept Ricky at 147 but PAC placed Rick in a semi coma that lasted a few minutes. THere should be no question about PAC's power or intelligence nor should there be talk about some bogus "chin resistance" garbage for the excuse of making an excuse.

You used to be a good poster, but now all you do is make threads that are veiled attempts to discredit Manny Pacquiao. Either be a man and admit you hate him, or desist with these obviously derogatory "questions" and make some positive threads for a change.

The punch that resulted in the first knock down did not look that hard and it seemed to really take Hatton sense away. I think his punch resistance has faded which is a result of fighting with his face.

Diaz isn't as bad as people make him out to be and Oscar wasn't as weak as people think

pac certainly hits very hard, but the hatton of a few years ago would not have been knocked out in 2

AT LAST- someone other than myself who remembers and mentions David Diaz:good. That bloke took a hell of a beating that night but still managed to take more than Hatton and (albeit weight drained) ODLH put together. For me, Hatton's puch resistance is completely gone. He was rocked by Lazcano and he hit the canvas 3 times as a result of Pacman's skills more-so than his power. Time to retire- he's had a decent enough career and has nothing more to prove, IMO.

A bit of both. Hatton is slipping, and so is his chin ala Wanderlei Silva. However, you cant say that that punch WASNT hard.

I don't mean to intervene, but I wouldn't call wwm such a "cunning" poster as you present him to be. The bloke is pretty genuine from what I can tell so far. I bet he doesn't hate Pac.

Read through his recent threads concerning Pac then, and see the pattern. They are there for you to peruse.

People are forgetting that Manny didn't knock Oscar out for 3 reasons.
    1. Oscars defense is better than Hattons
    2. It was another weight division up
    3. Oscar has a granite chin which has never looked remotely close to letting him down

Hattons punch resistance is nowhere near what it was but Manny hits hard and that shot would have K/O'd a lot of people at 140/147.

Hatton's resistance was gone. He's taken a lot of clean shots to the head because of his style. All of that punishment adds up. It was still a great punch by Pac.
