I don't think he's scared. The money is in a Pavlik fight and he's having some problems outside of the ring, so AA-KP might never happen...at 160. Regardless of the reason though, if AA vacates, Lorenzo can take the belt and make a name for himself for future big money fights.

Abraham has fought enough Lorenzo's. It's time he either fought Sturm or Pavlik or got the hell outta there because he has too much of a struggle to make weight to justify these type of lesser fights.
