Another very simple question. Who do you think is the best at 147 right now? Please don't try to read too much into it. This is not about who has the best resume, who is the most accomplished, who is the biggest draw, or who has the most heart, etc.

It simple. Who would win right now in a 8-fighter tournament at a neutral arena?

    * Please no mention of the Margarito plaster. We know he attempted to cheat, but there is no conclusive evidence that he actully did such against Clottey, Williams, and Cotto.

** Please no mention of Williams not being a 147. He is. Let's assume for the sake of the poll that Bob Arum is not in charge of the tournament.

***Please no mention of Mayweather not fighting anyone his size. Let's assume for the sake of the poll that he is forced to fight.

****Assume the Pac is fighting at 147 with no restrictions on rehydration, etc.

    Poll coming shortly. Stand by.

I think it would be between Floyd, Pac and Williams. Considering it would be a tournament I would say Floyd comes out on top as the best fighter.

WIlliams has to fight back at 147 to be mentionned.

So you're saying Mosely beats Williams?

Or are you just refusing to acknowledge Williams' existence as a 147 pound fighter?

To me is between Cotto and Shane. Floyd hasn't fought a WW in a while, Pac is not campaining there yet and Williams have not being active in that division for a while.

    How does this work?

They all fight each other and who has the best record at the end of it?

I don't think we will ever going to see Williams at 147, the last time he was outclassed by Quintana and got lucky he koed him in the second fight early because, he was losing the round too. Williams is not the same monster he is at a more natural weight for him. I expect him to lose if he continues to fight at that weight.
