Lots of good points in this one. With some **** ones.

**** off Rico, a chin is nothing to do with technique.

Wlad is not a good counterpuncher, so Haye's poor balence to me is not such a big issue. Haye's footwork moving forward is not great, going back its fine. He should work on slipping shots whillst maintaining good balence.

Avoiding clinch is a big thing for Haye.

3 inches and 20 lbs, isn't that much smaller IMO, Haye can trouble Wlad simply by being the best fighter he has ever fought, other than Byrd who was much smaller & couldn't break an egg anyway, Wlad has not been in with athletetic guy who is skilled Haye is not only that but a huge puncher as well. Wlad still does have his panic attacks, last time he was lucky that Peter was a fat slob but a guy like Haye could definetly beat Wlad.

Wlad is not the counter puncher that someone like Toney is but he still has good hand speed.

    Hopefully we will see ...

How many flush punches did Haye need to land on Monte to keep him down ? Was it the dreaded ONE SHOT to "take his head off" ? Don't remember that ...

Wlad's biggest flaw is that if you're able to get inside the jab, he panics and moves straight backwards - so if you're able to get to him while he's doing this and get him to the ropes, you've got a chance at landing some good shots - but very few can do this.

Haye's biggest flaw is that he throws wide arm shots - he very rarely throws straight punches and when you combine that against a guy with a precise jab, it's never a nice sight (Tua vs Lewis, anyone?)

For Wlad, there is no heavyweight around who has enough size, power, and speed to hit and punish him for backing straight up. All three of those attributes are needed and nobody out there has them.

You got Haye's weakness down. But I think his tendency to lose his balance can be added to that.

The Hayemaker doesn't have any technical flaws.

David Haye's wide punching from the outside with his hands down, ala sort of RJJ, is a stylistic nightmare for Klitschko.

Wide punching with his hands down is a recipe for disaster against a naturally larger man who hits harder and throws straiter.:deal

I just think Haye's speed, combinations(more than Wlad's predictable jab and straight right) and killer instinct will be too much for Wlad. Wlad keeps his hands too low. Wlad panics when under attack, he goes backwards with his hands straight out, leaving his face wide open. When Wlad does this, Haye's hayemaker will land right on Wlad's jaw. Remember Corrie Sanders? Well, that is the same technique Haye will use to beat Wlad. Seriously pressuring Wlad is the only way to beat him. Haye should also use the left hook often and mix in uppercuts from time to time. Outboxing him will never work. Wlad to win will have to hold when pressured, stick behind his jab creating enough distance between him and Haye to keep him at bay(since Haye is awfully quick) followed by hard right hands with authority to expose Haye's weak chin. The exact same thing he did with Iggy, and Wlad will win.
