Cotto's my favorite fighter but I have to go with Floyd or Williams. I don't think any of the other guys on the list could beat either of them. And if they fought eachother I would have to go with Williams, I just don't see a defensive fighter like Floyd being able to get his shots in against a guy that much bigger, Williams could keep him at a distance and win on points.
Styles make fights. Shane vs. paul = Paul wins Shane vs Cotto= very close but I'll take Shane in the rematch Paq vs Cotto = Not sure but Cotto is the only one Paq might beat at 147 Paul vs Tony= I think if Paul is not weight drained he wins again ( very close fight) Mayweather vs tony = I don't think Tony's style is good for Mayweather Mayweather beats Cotto , Paq, (maybe Shane) but looses to Paul and possibly Tony Every fighter can be beat but I think Paul has the best shot of the bunch. Clottley takes Berto and causes problems for everyone else. I would love to see any of these fights. I hope some are made.
i voted before I read everyhing, I didn't see the part about a tournament. I chose Pac, but meant Paul
williams. hell beat anybody at that weight. not necesarily because hes the best, hes definitely very good, but he also has the tremendous physical assets to beat all the welters.
Still sportin the Avy??? The bet was for one week right? I think I lead towards Mosley right now. I think Williams out grew 147, and I have yet to see Pac and Floyd fight current 147 fighters. That narrows it to Cotto and Mosley. I know Cotto beat Shane, but judging off of their more recent perfomances, I am leaning towards Mosley. Time will tell, if we can get some of these 147 battles to occur.
Eat ****. You have no idea what the **** you talkin bout. Paul can make 147 with ease. Ease. You just hasn't been fighting there because he can't get a big fight there. Like I said in the original post: Let's assume the Bob Arum is not running the show. Thanks for playing.
I have an extra week for another bet with Braveheart the blue-eyed ***git. It's what I get for putting my faith in Clottey.
