Frankie Burns and George Barnes are legends in Australia.

Both men had great careers with moderate success. George being Aust and Commonwealth Champion. Frankie Burns taking on all comers in many countries around the globe. A draw with Ted 'kid' Lewis being a great night for him.

Frankie Burns also toured with the likes of Jimmy Clabby and George Cook to New Zealand and South Africa. The men fighting in the same vein as Janette/ McVey and Langford.

Fighting for the sake of entertaining, for the sake of money.

 

Of all the recent sons following in there famous fathers footsteps (Hearns, McGirt, Jackson, Foreman) i think that the Chavez Jnrs look the best, although Julio Jnr is a KO waiting to happen.
