What does the Pascal win at 175 mean for Froch?

I don't think Froch is a bum. I just think heart and power alone won't allow him to stay at the top for a long time.

Limited Froch (slow, wide shot, no head movement, easy to hit) beat limited Pascal (average power, wide shots). (i had Froch koing Pascal early)
Pascal beat limited Diaconu (slow, wide shot, no head movement, easy to hit, stamina issus).

DOn't get me wrong, they all make for entertaining fight and i have much respect for them. I just don't think that one of this guy beating the other rises anyone stock... My humble opinion.

The scores for the Pascal-Froch fight were too wide IMO.

Calzaghes best wins are kessler, hopkins, lacy, eubank, and roy jones

Beating Taylor is a better win then against an old roy jones.
The pascal win is arguably better then lacy (since lacy has never beaten a good fighter)
the hopkins nad eubank wins are both against verrrry good fighters, but understand they were both very past their prime at the time. So i think that 2 good wins against prime title holders beats that.

Too wide. I had it a draw. I mean if Pascal didn't ko Froch, did you think he could win a decision? No.

The UK commentators during that fight were all cozy after 7 rounds as if Froch was dominating the fight and they were playing down anything Pascal was doing. It wasn't even funny.

LOl @ Froch + Pascal being limited!!

hat do you call Andrade? hes a human punch bag...and Mr.Bute needed some 3rd party intervention to survive that..ROFL

better offensive fighters would absolutely murder bute..Pascal and Froch would eat the poor little fella up

None of them put the pressure that Andrade does. Bute dominated that fight and yes, he gassed out. Hope he did learn something from that and props to ANdrade for never giving up.

    I disagree totally.
I hope we'll get the chance to see them fight then!
Froch-BUte could already be signed by now :good

I found that quite comical myself. I'm saying to myself, Froch is not even hitting Pascal clean. Froch is clumsy, but not as bad as when I first saw him.

froch has beaten 2 prime world class fighters. 1 of them was the former undisputed middle weight champ. The other is now the wbc 175 pound champ. ummmm, who has bute beaten other then bika(the guy from the contender :rofl)

How can you say either is limited...??? A limited fighter is a guy who lacks what a top pro lacks in all areas. Froch is clumsy at times, and Pascal doesn't jab asmuch as he should. No true boxing fan thinks that either guy is limited as both can get you out of there or hurt you with either hand.
