funny thing is that Pac has fought better guys to this point than Duran ever did at lightweight. So if Pac were going to fight Duran at the end of Duran's lightwieght reign, he would be more experienced and would have fought much better guys than Duran ever did. Pac fought Morales and Barrera and Marquez. Duran fought Lampkin and Buchanan. Pac might have outclassed him. Later Duran fought Hagler and Hearns and Leonard and Benitez, but he lost to all those guys. Duran is a bit overrated.

 

Duran beat Ernesto Marcel at age 19, a more skilled fighter than any Pacquiao has beaten at the time he beat them, IMO. Add to that Buchanan and De Jesus, both of whom also qualify for my above statement, and your entire post is null and void. Thanks for playing. Never come again.

 

Duran fought his comp in their absolute prime. That is something PAc has not done. You missed a few names on Durans resume, but I doubt you would know how good they were anyway. I told many a fan that Pac's fans would use the names of those old Mexican warriors when talking about Pac's comp lol. The above post is a prime example of lunacy. These were lightweight fighters Duran was fighting, not 130 lb fighters. Morales moved up to fight Zahir raheem and got beat up badly after beating Pac. Duran marched into the Sugar fight 72-1. Pac could only dream of winning that many fights.

Pac's LW resume is FAR superior. Duran is a LOT overrated. I think Pac would take him, so would JCC, PBF, Pea and plenty others.
