    Why must Cotto be drained for this fight to happen? I would pick Pacquaio to win still.

    Seems hardcore Pac fans want a guaranteed win for whatever reason instead of making this fight more interesting.

    If the fight is made at 145-146, then those are Cotto's terms. If its at 143-144, then its on Pac's terms

    145 is the only fair weight point blank. If it's under then this prove Pacquiao only fight fighters that isn't 100 percent healthy.

    Cotto's terms matter, but the ww division does not exceed 147, so Cotto can weigh as much as he wants up to 147...
