I think Vitali/Tyson would be a 60/40 affair in favor of Vitali. Tyson never beat anyone as good as Vitali and would face a huge man with a chin and power.

I think Tyson would beat Wladimir, though.

well, since you say that, the question presents itself, who did vitali fight that was as good as tyson?

of course its all subjective to the viewer....but has vitali faced anybody with the power of tyson? I tend to think not....and i think people underrate the rest of tyson's skill......thats why i tend to favor tyson over vitali but not by much...

Todays Wlad against a prime Tyson would sure be interesting. I agree - stylewise Tyson would be the ultimate test for Wlad. However we do not know just how much more evasive Wlad has become in recent years.

I love the Klitschkos, but I don't see anyone beating 86-88 Tyson
(I don't say 86-91 because Tyson seemed to be a tiny bit less of a fighter after joining King in 88 )

I think Wlad has a chance in the latter rounds. Remember Tyson's fights didn't go the distance that many of them...

Wow, just WOW. I like wlad and all but this is getting a little ridiculous. One of the fastest and biggest hitting heavy weights of all time against arguably the shakiest chinned dominant champ of all time. How do you expect wlad to hit a 5'10 guy with lighting fast head movment and a dash faster then ucian bolt?

Yep, that´s really ridiculous. Prime Tyson would´ve been all wrong for Wladimir, as he had a unique combination of speed, power and the ability to take punches. Wlad would have been frozen. Remember, even Sam Peter had Wlad in deep trouble and Peter is the closest to Tyson, Wlad has fought, but Peter was much slower than Mike and less powerfull too. No way Wlad would have beaten Tyson.

Tyson is the absolute definition of Wlad's kryptonite.

He would be destroyed early, probably in the first round....and that is NOT an immature hating response from me, it is a fair and balanced view. No way, no way in hell does Wlad stop a prime Tyson from getting inside on him from the off. Wlad simply could not win this fight.

It would take a bully like vitali to beat tyson. I think that woud be a good fight. Vitali strikes me as bigger bully then tyson in the ring. Hes got the chin to take his shots too.

Vitali ain't no bully. If you pressure him right, he starts retreating straight back and flailing his arms. He looked like crap against a semi-aggressive fighter like Sanders. Tyson would dismantle both Klitschkos.

People underrate sanders. Hes only dangerous for 1 or 2 rounds. But man, hes ****ing dangerous
