Get real! You don't know anything about boxing. Boxing is business and boxing is also politics which is an art of compromise. Purse, weights, gloves, etc. And if they agree to a compromise, who are you to go against it? No compromise, no fights. You as a fan only watch and enjoy them fight, whereas boxers bang bodies and risk their lives to entertain boisterous kibitzers like you. So, STFU and cook the popcorn and serve us beer.

According to Nallege, Floyd is a superior fighter because he's black, let alone an Afro-American, a physically superior race, well fed, well trained. :dealCompared to that young malnourished Pac at 108 who had to sell doughnuts to survive. Did it occur to you that two years ago, Pac was fighting in the featherweight while Floyd was already a welterweight? Actially, Pac has no business fighting in l40 and l47. Absurd comparison!

Please!! Tyson routinely gave up 4 to 7 inches in height and 6 to 12 inches in reach. Mayweather himself gave up 3 to 4 inches in height to Coralles and destroyed him. If Mayweather was a guy who started his career at Welterweight or higher and walked around at 160-170lbs I can understand people bringing up size, but they walk around at the same weight, the difference in height is negligible, and yes Mayweather has a big reach advantage, but he has a reach advantage over everyone ---his arm length (armpit to the end of the fist) is 26 inches which is the same as Wladamir Klitschko.

Ok number 1, NO ONE boxes to entertain us. They just say that to get more fans. Are you that ****ing dense, that you think boxers seriously box to entertain us, not because their love of the game and drive for greatness? Their is no way you are over 16 years of age.

Compromise??So what if mayweather made delahoya come down to 148? Shut up, that **** is ridiculous. Face it, pac is SCARED to fight these guys at a natural weight. he dosent think he can win. If he didnt, then he wouldnt be asking for them. would he??

Say what you want about mayweather, cherry picking loud mouth, potshot style ect... but at least he wasnt pulling this catch weight BS. And people constantly challenged floyds decisions, and complained when he tried to act like a buisness man. However, somhow pac gets a pass and does not receive criticism. I kno hes a likable guy..... what else do you do for likeable guys? take em out back and suck their dick? :yep

these cats are seriosuly retarted. they dont watch enough boxing to know fighters fight against others with reach and height disadvantage all the time :patsch

LoL, i bet they wouldnt fight a guy in the street, unless they both weighed in and measured their reach

that guy disrespected me, but im not gonna fight him unless he loses some weight :rofl

people need to go watch some amatuer fights, were fighters who are 6'1 or more regulary cut weight to make 151, fighting guys who are 5'8. You think they dont have a size and reach advantage? Btw. these guys dont always win, they have an advantage, but fighters regularly just deal with it, no complaints

Are you calling PAC a *****? Just checking....B/c number 1) PAC hasn't ever faught at a Catch weight until this fight happens. And number 2) PAC is fighting the likes of Cotto, DLH, Hatton, JMM, MAB, EM possibly Floyd and Shane. If you are calling him a "*****" you just gave that word a whole new definition.

And to answer your question MANY greats faught at catch weight when moving up to challenge bigger fighters. "Homicide" Hank Armstrong to name one.
