Please!! Tyson routinely gave up 4 to 7 inches in height and 6 to 12 inches in reach. Mayweather himself gave up 3 to 4 inches in height to Coralles and destroyed him. If Mayweather was a guy who started his career at Welterweight or higher and walked around at 160-170lbs I can understand people bringing up size, but they walk around at the same weight, the difference in height is negligible, and yes Mayweather has a big reach advantage, but he has a reach advantage over everyone ---his arm length (armpit to the end of the fist) is 26 inches which is the same as Wladamir Klitschko.

people need to go watch some amatuer fights, were fighters who are 6'1 or more regulary cut weight to make 151, fighting guys who are 5'8. You think they dont have a size and reach advantage? And number 2) PAC is fighting the likes of Cotto, DLH, Hatton, JMM, MAB, EM possibly Floyd and Shane. If you are calling him a "*****" you just gave that word a whole new definition. And to answer your question MANY greats faught at catch weight when moving up to challenge bigger fighters. "Homicide" Hank Armstrong to name one.
