    I'm sorry your right. Floyd came in at 150 but didn't have to. Forbes was the one who had to weigh 150. DLH picked everything in the Floyd fight. Gloves,ring size, weight, ref, judges, everything

    You bring up a great point. Leonard and Dlh picked everything they needed for their superfights. Pac should be allowed to do the same, but no catch weight lol...

    Pac should fight floyd in front of 90,000 in the pontiac dome. It would make more money.

    If Pacquiao beats Cotto then I think there will be even more stumbling blocks in respect of Mayweather-Pacquiao happening. If he wins, no doubt Pacman will be asking for parity in respect of a bout with Floyd & this is what Arum will be hoping for! However, Pacquiao could beat King Kong & Floyd would still not accept anythnig less than a 50-50 split!

    What are you talking about moron???? Roach is double talking...He was demanding that Cotto come down in weight then claims that he dont care about the weight...What hard to comprehend about that???

    I most definitely agree. It is just going to help either side make excuses after the fight. 145-147 is all the same to Cotto who weighs in at 146. Dumb move by Roach. If he is going to go 145, might as well go the whole 147 as 1 pound won't make a difference for a guy who comfortably and usually weighs in at 146 for fights. Cotto will still look huge after he rehydrates and would be at the same weight he does regularly with the same strength, speed, and stamina.

    Chavez negotiated for a 145 catchweight with Whitaker.

    DLH negotiated for a 155 catchweight with Hopkins.

    Pavlik and Winky negotiated for a 170 catchweight with Hopkins.

    Haters will talk, but they're just that: haters. They only remember what they want to remember, but it's all good because they don't have say in awarding world titles, ink in any official publications, or respect among the people who actually matter in the sport.

    But give the babies their bottles: at least they run their individual threads on ESB with a iron fist. :rofl
