Thats bull if they do that. You can't limit a mans rehydration. Might as well have made Cotto come in at 142. Let the man weigh what he normally weighs and let the best man win.

Official weight-in was Pac 129, JMM 130. I don't recall any fighter that Pac outweight significantly. Perhaps Solis during the time that he was having problems with the signing controversies since Solis was a natural FW.
