    FAIL

Bob Arum ruled the rematch out, not Shaw:

"[Darchinyan] can’t draw flies to a dump. Nobody gives a damn for Darchinyan. You have natural rivalries out there - (Fernando) Montiel, (Erik) Morel, the winner of that fight. There’s a whole host of Mexicans and Puerto Ricans where we can make big, big fights with much bigger money,”

And boy Vic OWNED Mob Arum bad:

"I will fight Nonito Donaire, anywhere and anytime, just make sure to bring a belt and don’t be afraid. Bob Arum likes to talk up his fighters, just to build them up. He was talking about me not being able to attract fans, more people came to watch me and Christian Mijares in the pouring rain than all his boys in the same division on the same night in Vegas."

"I think the flies that Bob Arum’s talking about are buzzing around the dribble coming out of his and Donaire’s mouth. Bob Arum should be worrying about his fighters not putting plaster in their wraps :rofl not talking about me after I bashed his golden boy Arce, he needs to find another money maker so he is pushing Donaire. Arce and Montiel would bash Donaire, they are both Bob Arum’s fighters but he keeps talking about me? Why? Because I give the fans what they want and he knows that’s what brings the money in.

"I have been around too long not to know when someone is trying to raise the value of their fighter. I have won six world titles and I am the only undisputed world champion. I don’t handpick my opponents, I will fight anyone, anytime, anywhere.

"If it wasn’t for the one loss I have had, I wouldn’t be where I am now. Thank you Nonito. I beat myself and I have learned, Let’s see how the "Filipino Fraud" goes against me in a rematch. If he can win a title at super flyweight or bantamweight, he can come and take my belts. I just hope his corner doesn’t stop the fight before he is knocked out cold.

Bob Arum needs to remember one thing, I promised him, I will punish, destroy and knock out all his fighters last time against Arce, bring them on one by one, even bring two at a time, I’m here waiting. Stop singing it and start bringing it Mr. Arum, money talks and bull**** walks”.

    Vic is the man! :thumbsup

The poll question is who and at what division will stop Darchinyan title run, therefore the answer is one fighter. If you think Vic will lose to King Kong, pick the first option. If not, move on as long as you find an option you prefer and vote. :good

Caballero or JuanMa, but Gamboa/Vic sounds interesting. Why won't Vic rematch Donaire?

I see only 3 have picked Agbeko so far...

Believe me, it's a VERY dangerous fight, King Kong is underrated and so strong, fighters rarely move up to fight his kind of hard hitting, tough champions (think Arthur Abraham).

    I think Vic-Agbeko is a 50-50 fight.

I would say it may take someone of Hasegawa's calibre. Hasegawa has amazing fast hands, clever southpaw skills, though he can get slappy vs a counter puncher (see Malodrottu fight). Hasegawa can box beautifully. He can also fight - see the 2 fights with the great Veeraphol. A 12 round war - where he gutted it out and rallied hard - and then a savage one sided KO in rematch with the aged warrior.

I think Vic can get by an inactive, if bigger and tough/talented Agbeko. But Hasegawa is something else. Vic is awesome, so it'd take Hasegawa, OR the guy who already beat Vic, Donaire. But Donaire is becoming NONaire, or Hot Air, so he needs to lift himself. is Arum undercards / Chavez Jr undercards, really going to do it?
