Think that's the first time I've watched that full fight since it was aired. I had it 114-113, I don't remember it being quite that close when I watched it but that's how I see it now. There isn't really another round in there though that you could see Magee winning. Eamon Magee certainly was a case of wasted potential, if he had fully dedicated himself to the sport who knows how good he could of been.
He certainly won, no question, but this was the first time Hattons flaws were exploited right by his opponent. As Ian Darke said during the fight "If you were to devise a style to beat Hatton, this would probably be it".
