He's got charisma...Personally i'd be interested if he had any talent...but he doesn't. Unless of course , something changes....Maybe he can get better ? It's not impossible but unlikely.
meh, they've let guys on the Ultimate Fighter who have had ZERO pro fights. Kimbo beat Tank Abbot and Ray Mercer, trained with Bas for a while... I don't think it's the most ridiculous thing in the world to have him on the show... not that I think he'll actually go anywhere with it.
Kimbo is entertaining. Kimbo has the most recognizable name in the group. Now that the UFC controls Kimbo's name, expect them to exploit it.
Yeah real smart :roll: First he starts by dissing Kimbo and EliteXC and then retracks on his statement and allows him to fight in TUF. This is nothing more than shrewd marketing which is all the UFC is about. If that wasnt the case guys like Lesnar Kimbo Bisping and half of TUF wouldnt even get a lookin.
I was only joking anyway (original I know!) but you have to admit, it is an embarassment, maybe not to the hardcore educated MMA fan but to the casual MMA fan and any boxing fan you took a big a fall.
Yup, but it will come full circle again when they put on another of these circus side shows and it goes MMA's way like it has in the past.
The UFC loose some credibility though. Although boxing with a boxer is only a thing "stupid" Tim would do that WAS the man the UFC touted as THEIR heavyweight champ.. Oh well..
