That's kind of misleading. You didn't mention at what weight they were all going to meet. In my opinion, if Mosely, Clottey and Margarito would weigh in @ their comfortable weight ( 147? ), then they win. If they fight MP @ his comfortable weight, ( 140-144 ), then MP wins.
He would still need to beat Maragarito in a rematch and Paul Williams the I can call him the best!:deal
Anyone who thinks Joshua Clottey could beat Manny Pacquiao needs to check into rehab to dry out. That one-dimensional peek-a-boo plodder wouldn't win a round versus the Pacman who beat Oscar. I don't care how much weight or muscle was on Clottey's side, he would be hopelessly outboxed. Ludicrous. I think Mosley would beat Pac though.
Pac might be faster, like Mosely was faster and Zab was faster but timming trumps speed every time just wait until cotto catches Manny with that crispy stiff Jab under his wild right hook, he is going to put him on his ass dog
At this stage, genuinely unsure. Margarito looked like a different man against Cotto that he did against Mosley. I can't predict that one at the moment. Gut feeling: Pacquiao on points. Margo would find Pac really hard to hit.
Then in all probability, they'll win. I hate saying that because I'm a Pac fan but I'm also a realist. Those guys are naturally big and come fight time, they can balloon to 160 lbs. MP normally just adds 3-4 lbs. because he's a natural small fighter. Never the less, I'll still root for MP. Like they say, anything can happen at any given day.
But can he be that man again? That's what makes this difficult to predict. Did he only look that good because of the stylistic balance between him and Cotto? My feeling is that had Pac been in the ring that night instead of Cotto, Margarito would have beaten Pac. But if they fought now, I might be inclined to say Pac. I don't know why, I just can't see Margo fighting like that again. If they do ever fight, I see Pac's movement giving Margo all kinds of trouble. Pac would land far, far more than he'd take, irrespective of the size difference.
