I bet after fighting the small JMM, Floyd will fight another small boxer most probably PAC than fighting men his own size like Mosley, Margarito or Cotto...

That's the reason why JMM is taking this fight and the same reason Pacquiao took the DLH fight. If they don't take these fights how will they prove they belong or don't up there?

    Margarito is his size?

Cotto is a worthless fight and a pointless one, the only fight at Welter that makes sense is Mosley and that's what they will target if they can't get Pacquiao after JMM(if they're successful).

You do realize that just like Pac, Mayweather is actually a 140lber and fought all the way up to 154. Anyone that hints Mayweather would be scared from a tomato can like Margarito or someone like Cotto yet know he moved up at 154 to fight DLH in a fight he gave DLH all the advantages he needs must be crazy.

Cotto is a worthless fight, Margarito is a tomato can who is suspended after being caught cheating to lose against guys half his size and Mosley is an option they already said will happen after the JMM fight IF they can't make the Pac fight.

After 2 years off a fight with Marquez isn't as bad as people try to make it be.

Margcheat is a big welter but if you're in the same division, you're considered of the same size... Don't tell me Floyd is a super lightweight? Or else he should fight JMM at 140...

Was Pacquiao considered "same size" going in against DLH at 147?, if what you're saying is true then Pac would have been the favorite going in and people would ignore logic and think like robots.

The Marquez fight is at a catchweight, a CLEAR sign that Pacquiao will be targeted at a catchweight as well if they're successful there. You would think people would learn from their mistake after completely counting Pac out based on size going in against DLH.

Hey, Marquez is moving up to 144 next so he's same size too just like Pacquiao is. :good

PAC (135) is not of same size with Hoya (154)... People clearly saw that, that's why Hoya was made a heavy favorite because of his size advantage... I wonder why you bring this up? There's no argument here...

The size of the boxer will be first gauge on the last division/weight he fought but if you want to make a fight between two boxers who originated from different weight divisions then a compromise catchweight will be agreed upon to at least even up the original size difference...

PBF-JMM is at what catchweight?? I was really surprised why the promoters/boxers involved can't clearly state at what catchweight they're supposed to fight... They're saying 143, 144 or any weight equal or below 147 but there's no definite number given... Are they afraid of more flak if they divulge the exact catchweight?

The small JMM moving up to 144 to fight PBF... I say "Goodluck JMM"...

They clearly stated already that it's at the catchweight of 144 and it was confirmed within numerous threads recently.

Don't understand a single thing you're typing in that post, looks more like spam/trolling/clowning. You say size plays a major role then mention Pac/DLH which totally wiped that theory off. A fighter's skill/ability is what carries him in the higher weights as he runs into bigger opponents and Marquez is no scrub. Mayweather was also smaller going in against Corrales/Castillo/Baldomir/DLH and many others.

Size is not everything but it's a factor... If you couple size advantage with millions of other advantages like skills, speed, defense, reach, youth, stamina, then we have a mismatch ... I don't think JMM has any physical advantage over PBF... I think JMM has no advantage over PBF maybe except for experience... See how unfair this fight is...

If it's unfair it wouldn't be allowed to happen, there's no such thing as unfair unless Marquez has one arm or one leg in the ring. As long as you have two hands you have a chance, this is boxing, not WWE.

Many people say it's a mismatch, we'll have to wait till it's done to see. I think it will be a competitive fight and will be shocked if it was one-sided like you claim it will be. You never know, you could be right.

On the poll on the other thread, so far only 2 members here believed JMM will win this fight... and they have not yet posted how they see a JMM victory...;)

PBF almost has all the advantages in the world against JMM... This is a good indication of a mismatch fight...

If you're taking what some of the many ******s think here seriously then you must be new or have issues. ******s here were mentioning Mosley as a tune up going in against Margarito and that's only a recent example.

Floyd didn't fight Mosley becuse Mosley was scared and ducked him. Arum also protected Cotto from Floyd becasue he knew Floyd was too skilled. Floyd is the greatest fighter of this generation. He's not a cheater like Steroid Shane Mosley.
