when has that word ever been associated with pac. he does the unbelievable. once flyweight champ knocking out welterweight champs. he can beat those guys mentioned.
roy jones lost to a few good fighters. hopkins lost to a few good fighters. same as mosley. but mosley admitted to using drugs. hopkins defeated dlh and tito but they were much smaller fighters. its really pbf and pac. but pbf has to quit bitching and start fighting. he has been out for almost 2 years now and he still insists in being the greatest f this generation?
NO.............. i actually have opinions and I posses knowledge of many other fighters careers as well as boxing history........................ you little "*******"atsch you and soriano two peas in a pod, aka but buddies!:rofl dont get your panties in a bunch just because i asked a question about the man of your dreams!
Pac will KO Margarito. Margarito will look like an amateur trying to land on pac. Pac is just too fast with his hand and footspeed while margarito is too slow. Pac will UD Clottey. Clottey doesnt have the killer instinct and is too defensive minded for his own good. Pac vs Mosley will be 50/50. It would all depend on which version of Mosley shows up. If its the Mosley who fought margarito, Mosley by KO against Pac. If its the mosley who fought mayorga, Pac by UD.
i have the same opinion as them so this would make what pac is accomplishing now great in my eyes while people who laugh before are now discrediting what pac has achieved.
I'll answer it. It is more or less a case of Pac's positive offensive traits versus Cotto's defensive liabilities. Manny is far, far quicker of hand and foot, and has much better timing. He also has a better work rate and much better stamina over 12 rounds (one of Cotto's fundamental flaws). Cotto is wide open to shots down the middle, and showed no improvements from the Margarito fight in this area, so it is unlikely that he will improve the area any further unless he has a major change in trainer or something drastic like that (someone who will give him a kick up the arse when hes making fundamental errors). Cotto tires down the stretch, and he goes into an ineffective running mode that does not serve him well at all when he is getting hit flush (he does much better when he chooses to hold his own, because he can, but he for some reason or another refuses to a lot of the time). Obviously Cotto can cause some serious damage offensively, especially on smaller guys, and Pacquaio isn't going to be George Chuvalo at 147 pounds. However Manny has consistent bobbing head movement and uses his footwork very well which would allow him to get in and out of the danger zone effectively, and he would out-exchange Cotto with his superior handspeed and combination punching. Pacquaio TKO 9.
Anyone who thinks Clottey could beat Pacquiao needs to be taken to the vet to be put down. Who has Pac faced that has the style of Clottey? No-one. I don't recall Pacquiao ever having faced a slow, plodding, one-dimensional fighter whose only defence is a peek-a-boo cover-up. Who has Clottey ever faced that has the style of Pacquiao? No-one. I don't recall Clottey ever having faced a world-class boxer with lightning speed of hand and foot, superb footwork and movement, who attacks using angles and variety, who hits hard and is hard to hit. But anyway, whether either man has faced anyone else like the other is irrelevant. I don't think Salvador Sanchez ever fought anyone like Naseem Hamed, but I'm sure as **** that Sanchez would work him out and outclass him. I don't think Muhammad Ali ever fought anyone like Wladimir Klitschko, but I'm confident Ali could've outboxed him. Cream rises to the top you dumbass. To say that fighter A couldn't beat fighter B just because fighter A hasn't fought anyone with the exact same style is stupid. Ray Leonard hadn't fought anyone like Wilfred Benitez, but he beat him convincingly to win his first world title. Julio Cesar Chavez hadn't fought anyone like Hector Camacho, but he still outpointed the unorthodox Macho. Clottey would struggle to win a round against Pacquiao. The referee would probably stop it in the mid-late rounds because it would be so one-sided. Clottey is far far too slow and basic to outfight a Pacquiao or a Mosley or a Mayweather or a Williams. Cotto with both eyes will beat him more convincingly in a rematch. Open your eyes man.
pacquiao has a wider offensive arsenal compared to mayorga who manages to win 5 rounds against mosley
