It's funny how people interpret things, huh? I too took it as words of encouragement although I don't think giving him advice right then and there was a good idea. I also heard Mosley say, "Don't worry everyone goes through this..."

Like I said in another thread, Ortiz was just waiting to be beat, his style made it inevitable, same as JuanMa.

Oscar didn't have anything left and past his prime ,Victor on the other hand is young and talented and IMO is still a better fighter than tonight's opponent. He just quit and could deal with the punishment he was taking. In his prime Oscar never quit whenever things got rough :-(

Putting JuanMa and Ortiz in the same sentence?

One had not fought anybody worth of a lick, whereas the other brutally destroyed a beltholder at 122lb in the first round.

    :-( Nope.

True, but DLH was past his prime and thoughts of quitting boxing had crossed his mind since at least the Mayweather fight.

Ortiz hadn't even hit his prime yet!

Golden boys should have done there homework, The argentine kid had won most of his fights by KO and the fight he lost, most felt he won...So he was no soft touch....Ortiz is a talent but that fight may have ruined him...Fighters have weak moments when they have been hurt and cut and swolen....Ortiz dropped the other guy 3 times and the kid was coming back...shades of Mike Tyson....anyway Ortiz was hurt and busted up and felt he was going to get KO'd so he quit...Mosley should be mad at Delahoya and who ever else did not do there research on the opponent

Hell, Atlas doesn't even have to pick you to win a fight to curse you, if you even talk to him about a fighter, then that fighter will be exposed.

Now that's some serious **** right there.
