    Seriously.

Just because they make Cotto cut extra weight doesn't mean he is automatically going to weigh less on fight night than normal.

cotto was the one who requested to make the fight at 145 were he can still be effective. Roach said ok. what's all the fuss? cotto agreed his fans don't. lol

Past 135. He beat the best available champ at 140.

Moved to 147 beat Mitchell in a feel out fight for 147. Then beat the ex champ and current champ in back to back fights. Beat the number 1 154lber. Then beat the ex WBA champ at 147 in Hatton.

    Sounds good to me.

Castillo agreed to fight Corrales at 135....

Cotto wants this fight and Roach wont fight him at 147 for whatever reason.

So Cotto is willing to try to go down lower to make the fight. That does mean he is going to be fine at 145.

If cotto has agreed to fight at 145, then i dont see the problem.....

why justify a issue that doesnt exist?.....

castillo ain't cotto! why you always making it as a reference? pac is going up one weight division they are only asking cotto to move down a pound.

Dude, again you just admit that at 145 pounds is no big deal cause "IT'S 1 POUND!" <<<If that's the case then why not have the fight at 147 pounds since Cotto will most likely weigh in at 146 pounds? And Cotto will still weigh around 160 pounds on fight night if the fight is at 145 pounds so whats the problem of the fight being at 147 pounds?

Got me. I guess some people here know Cotto. Claiming that it will affect him. I can't say yea or nay on it but I will say if he signs it then it's his problem and therfor no problems for us the fan.

If we can't believe in a fighter then we might as well dismiss all these injuries that boxer claims to have to cancel fights. If Cotto says 145 then I believe him and he'll be fine for the fight.

Pac was at 147 prior. He's not exactly moving up when he's gained the and loss no weight.

1 pound is too much!!!!! shame on you pac. shame on you!!!!!

but height, weight and reach advantage of pbf over jmm and pac is ok since pac and pbf are same size fighters. :rofl:rofl

Eze have a great point. Castillo ain't Cotto in boxing style but he just like Cotto has have trouble making weights. Castillo agree to fight Corrales at 135 pounds but fail to make weight and couldn't lose 1 POUND LESS!!!.
