Care to elaborate on your fine response?

That's the best you can do cause you have nothing of logic to add to the discussion.

As far as cotto's last weight in for clottey's fight which was 146lbs, i havent heard of any news that he was having a difficulty in making that weight. so i doubt cutting 1lb for MP's possible fight would have a serious effect on him as some posters here try to magnify. that's why i truly believe in cotto's remark that 145 would not be a problem for him.

so no room for excuses about weight.

i can't weight to see this fight.

Eze, answer this you, fool? Are you saying Cotto is unhealthy if he goes down to 145. The last time he fought bigger Clottey, he weighed in at l46, a difference of one pound. I lose 5 pounds everytime I play tennis in the morning and rehydrate after a few hours and I don't feel weakness or anything.

It's very possible. He's cutting 11-12lbs already to make weight.

Castillo signed to fight Corrales at 135 in their rematch and weighed in at 138 and was given time to lose the weight. Corrales couldn't even lose a lb.

    That's how hard 1lb is.

1 pound? i just **** and pee before weigh in and you lose 1 pound.

seriously, 1 pound is difficult for borderline bring me to the hospital weight loss.

but for professional fighters with professional nutritionists? which begs the question, if 145 is ok with cotto.

why are floydettes up in arms over it?

I find it funny you won't answer my question.

If them fighting at 145 is no different from 147 why are they fighting at 145?

Cotto is going to weigh the same, it's not going to limit how much weight he puts on.

If Floyd forced Cotto or Mosley would you not be mad? Even though he's the same weight as Pacqauio?

Yup you are right. Except Cotto is not given the range of 141-147. So it's not the same.

    :hi:

you are assuming these eze. if he came in at 144-145 for the weigh in at 145, he will add 16 pounds to reach 160.

if the fight is at 147 he can come in at 146-147. he needs to add 13-14 pounds to reach 160.

do you not consider the fact that he should not take in too much weight because it will make him sluggish.

you are beginning to sound stupid eze insisting that pbf is 140. when was the last time he fought at 140?

pac fought at 147 once. 140 once. why can't you accept that pbf is welterweight? it makes you sound like a ***** when your fighter himself fights at that weight.

he looks like a welter. has fought several times at welter. and is being pitted against fellow welter? we all can see it, why can't you?

    self denial perhaps.
