    Didn't his nutritionist/manager say 145 wasn't good?

Or was it 143? I think it might've been at 143.

    I think it can yes.

Look at Castillo-Corrales. Castillo fought Corrales 5 months before and made the weight.

And couldn't even come close to making it again. He couldn't lose an extra lb and he wasn't even moving down in weight.

1lb is the world you are pushing your limits.

So when are you going to answer mine?

    He said 143.

He said 145 is the lowest Cotto can go without hurting himself.

Like I said, even Cotto's nutritionist knows Cotto is on the edge.:lol::lol:

Freddie Roach, trainer of Manny Pacquiao, has budged on his demand of making Miguel Cotto drop down to 143-pounds for a fight with Manny Pacquiao on November 14 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Several days ago, Roach told media members that 143 was the weight he wanted the fight to take place. Cotto's nutritionist told Top Rank's Bob Arum that Miguel could only get down, in safe fashion, to a weight of 145 at most.

Arum recently called Roach, the two spoke about the fight and 145 appears to be the target weight for the bout.

The excuses are all over the place and it's pathetic. These idiots ruin fights then complain why UFC and other garbage like that is doing better.

    1) Cotto is shot
    2) Margarito ruined Cotto
    3) Catchweight!?, Cotto is drained to death

Pathetic excuses if you ask me and if he wins then Pacquiao is overrated and a fraud who lost to the first guy that punched back. :nut

The fight is at 145, Cotto ACCEPTED that weight. He could have said NO like he ALREADY DID when they asked him to go lower than 145. As a matter of fact, Cotto said it clearly that he WON'T move below that if they ask him and IF they ask for anything below that then the fight is off and he has good enough offers in Mosley, Margarito, Berto and others. He's not really FORCED to take this one if he doesn't want to.

So, there you have it. 145 is okay for Cotto as per his nutritionist. Truth! Arum and Roach did not impose 143. Truth! Cotto's nutritionist told Roach and Arum 145 is okay. Truth! Roach accepted 145. Truth. There is deliberate attempt to drain Cotto as you alleged in your previous post. So, you may STFU now.

Cotto's guy said 145 was the lowest they could go. That means Cotto is on the edge of being hurt.

I've never said Cotto will get hurt. I said theres a chance, and when you are close to edge of limits, you can get hurt.

    Way to go noob.

When are you going to answer my question btw?
