This channel could have such potential, but its scheduling is all over the place. Programmes seem to over run and when I Sky+ them I get a lot of the earlier programme but miss the end of the recorded show. If they could sort themselves out they have quite a lot of boxing and could get better viewing figures.
yeah they are strange alright, can get good fights and good replays and also the worst of the worst euro trash around
Sarcasm? They are knowledgable granted, but about as exciting as Lennox Lewis was on HBO. Give me Ian Darke and Jim Watt any day of the week over Bob & whatshisface? They do put on some decent fights though, the Pirog and Hyde card last weekend was better than a lot of Sky's Friday Fight Nights.
They had live swimming on yesterday. Can I ask, who the **** watches live swimming other than when it is at the Olympics!? I know it would probably have cost them a tenner to get the rights to that, but a boxing show would get at least 10x more viewers.
The commentry team are great. Hardly ever talk about the boxing and just rip apart the fighters saying how **** each is and how 'it was better in the old days'.
Theres a great scrap on tonight at 8pm, Luis Carlos Abregu v Irving Garcia. Its a real give and take tear up.
Eurosport is awesome at what they do. Low budget, no frills, heavy duty coverage of minority sports. You ****s are the kind of people who buy a ticket on Easyjet because you're tight and then spend the whole flight complaining that the stewardess hasn't brought you a complimentary glass of champagne. The tour de france coverage is awesome, two or three guys in the commentary team and they talk for 7 or 8 hours at a time when there is often, literally, nothing happening. Excellent motorsport coverage of stuff no-one else shows, boxing that no-one else shows. Just set it to record for a longer period then! It's not bloody rocket surgery! :blurp
